1. Who we are

2. Information you provide

An inquiry requires your name, a message and at least one contact method: email, WhatsApp or phone. Company/institution, role, country/region and estimated quantity are optional. Selected product names, codes and quantities are included in a multi-product inquiry. Do not send student records, patient information, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

3. How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare requested quotations and follow up on that request. It is not an automatic subscription to marketing. Processing supports your requested pre-contract steps and our legitimate interests in business communication and website security, where applicable law permits. We do not use this form for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Storage, access and service providers

Submitted inquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress database and, when notification is enabled, copied into notification emails. Authorized company staff and the hosting/email services needed to operate these functions may process the information. The server is hosted by Tencent Cloud in Hong Kong; our team is in mainland China and notifications currently use QQ Mail. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. These locations are a disclosure, not a claim that international-transfer compliance has been completed.

5. Technical information and browser storage

Hosting/security logs may contain your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. Inquiry rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address with a one-hour expiry.

The inquiry list stores public product selections and quantities in localStorage until you remove them, successfully submit those selections or clear browser data. Product metadata cached in sessionStorage is reused for up to 60 seconds; saved catalogue scroll positions expire for reuse after 30 minutes. Session entries can remain until the tab/session ends or browser data is cleared. Contact details and inquiry messages are not written to these browser caches. The current frontend contains no advertising or analytics trackers. Browser storage can be cleared using your browser settings.

6. External services and links

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts and its font servers; these requests can disclose your IP address and browser request data to Google. Alibaba and any external social/contact links have their own privacy terms. Opening a link may send ordinary request data to that service; messages sent there are handled by that service. We do not automatically send website inquiries to Alibaba or social platforms.

7. Retention and your choices

Inquiries and their email copies currently have no automated deletion schedule. Retention needs manual review based on whether a reply or quotation is still needed, ongoing business correspondence, legal record-keeping and dispute resolution. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, to object to processing or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. Requests may require proportionate identity verification; legal obligations may limit deletion. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
