Main purpose:
HDPE pipe is mainly used for:Municipal water systems engineering, building indoor water supply systems, water supply systems and outdoor buried industrial residential area, factory buried water supply system, the old pipe repair, water treatment projects in the pipeline system, landscape, irrigation and other areas with water pipes. But it should be noted that, HDPE pipe can not be used for hot water pipes.

Features:
Imported HDPE, PE80 level, PE100 grade raw material production, does not contain any toxic additives, have good health properties, impact resistance, good low temperature performance, scaling, corrosion resistance, light weight, convenient construction, connection safe and reliable, the design life of 50 years.

Note:
1, a seasonal outdoor laying, there is sunlight, and recommends shielding measures.
2, buried HDPE water pipes, DN≤110 summer pipeline installation can be a little snake lay, DN≥110 pipeline because there is enough soil resistance, resistant to thermal stress, without reserve tube length; in winter, are not required reserve tube length.
3, HDPE pipe installation, if the operating space is too small (eg: tube wells, construction of the ceiling, etc.) should be used fused type connection.
4, when the melt socket connection, the heating temperature is not too high, too long, the best temperature control in 210 ± 10 ℃, otherwise it will cause excessive internal parts lava extrusion, reducing the inside diameter through the water; when the socket fittings or pipe interface should be clean, otherwise it will cause the socket disengagement leaking; the same time, pay attention to control the angle and direction of the well pipe to avoid rework.
5, Butt connection requires a voltage between 200 ~ 220V, if the voltage is too high will cause the heating plate temperature is too high, the voltage is too low, then the docking machine does not work; when the docking interface maintain the alignment, or requirements will result in the docking area is not enough, the weld strength is not enough, and not a curling; heating pipe heating plate clean interface untreated or heating plate with oil, sediment and other impurities, may cause leakage interface disengaged; heating time To control the heating time is short, the pipe absorbing enough time, will cause the weld bead is too small, the heating time is too long will cause the weld bead is too large, there is likely to form Weld.
